Furthermore, the Management undertakes to:

  • ensure an approach oriented towards the prevention of unwanted events;
  • employ highly professional and adequately skilled personnel to ensure the growth and development of human resources;
  • periodically review the reports from monitoring through performance indicators;
  • use correct statistical techniques for processing system monitoring data;
  • periodically verify the effectiveness and application of the Quality Management System in relation to company objectives, market needs, reference requirements and those of interested parties;
  • ensure a working environment that respects the safety, health and rights and duties of all interested parties,

In order to ensure a continuous improvement process that allows the company not only to maintain but also to expand its roots in the local area in which it operates, improving the quality of the products and services offered.

Management recognizes that the proper functioning of the Quality Management System and its improvement require the direct commitment and active involvement of everyone, with a view to prevention and continuous improvement. Therefore, Management is committed to ensuring that the Quality Policy is implemented, disseminated, and understood by all those who can contribute or are interested in its implementation. The Quality Policy is reviewed, discussed, and updated in specific meetings between Management and relevant managers.

Management ensures that its Quality Policy is appropriate for implementing continuous improvement in the provision of its services in terms of both effectiveness and efficiency.

Management establishes that processes must be monitored over time using numerical and measurable indicators, which are compared with reference objectives determined by Management itself and agreed upon with the relevant managers.

The Quality Policy, in particular, is aimed at pursuing the following objectives:

  • Constant review of stakeholders' expectations;
  • Careful risk/opportunity analysis in managing the design, construction, assembly, and assistance of designer furnishings;
  • Accurate analysis of the needs identified by the Clients, providing the right knowledge, skills, and creativity to carry out the project for the purpose of creating the furnishings in addition to the quality services it includes;
  • Provision of professional and technological resources appropriate to what emerged during the design phase;
  • Constant monitoring of the consistency between the objectives set by the Client and those achieved during the delivery phase of the furnishing project;
  • Pursue customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain Quality Management System certification;
  • Dedicate investments to improving communications and external image towards the customer; in order to achieve maximum adherence and timely response to the customer's needs.
